Milenka has worked at Affordable Homes & Communities (AHC) for 12 years, starting as a resident services coordinator and now serving as the Director of Education, leading education programming for AHC residents. As a first-generation student herself, Milenka has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the students AHC serves and has worked to develop comprehensive programs to support their academic and career success.
